Goods ordered in the hagedornhagen webshop are delivered by mail. Our products are also sold in selected shops.
Time of delivery will normally be 2-7 working days for consignments in Denmark. If, for some reason, time of delivery takes longer, you will be informed via e-mail. If a consignment dispatched by hagedornhagen ApS is returned to hagedornhagen ApS because it hasn't been picked up at the post office within a set date, it is possible to have the consignment posted again. However, this can only happen by prior arrangement with hagedornhagen ApS, and we then have to charge the costs of delivery once again.

Orders outside Denmark will be dispatched within 1-7 working days, unless we inform otherwise via e-mail.
We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery, as local terms of delivery may vary.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation / receipt after completing a trade.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Costs of delivery pertaining to returned goods lie with you as the customer. Provided the returned goods meet our demands, we will charge-back the amount in question, within 14 days of receipt.

Complaints and Claims
You have a 2-year claims deadline. In case you're unfortunate and receive damaged goods or items different from the ones you ordered, you must complain and make your claim within reasonable time.
If you receive a damaged item, you should return it along with a clear description of the defect. We will of course reimburse you for the expenses pertaining to costs of delivery, if you return incorrect or damaged goods. We reserve the right to exchange an incorrect or damaged item by a an item in good condition, rather than pay back the purchase price.

Transactions with hagedornhagen ApS are made in Danish or English. When you shop at hagedornhagen.com, you are protected by Danish law. Danish statutory rules on terms of purchase and contract apply to all transactions between you as a customer and hagedornhagen ApS. This is also the case if you live outside of Denmark.
Hagedornhagen cannot be held legally responsible for anything other than what follows Danish statutory rules.
All credit card information is forwarded to PBS using a secure and encrypted SSL channel from Wannafind.dk. hagedornhagen ApS does not keep any credit card information.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the item to you. The personal data are registered with Hagedornhagen ApS and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted. The data manager at Hagedornhagen is Mads Hagedorn-Olsen.
As registered with Hagedornhagen, you are always entitled to send us your objections to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act. For further information please contact: email@example.com
