Complaints and Claims

 

You have a 2-year claims deadline. In case you're unfortunate and receive damaged goods or items different from the ones you ordered, you must complain and make your claim within reasonable time. 

If you receive a damaged item, you should return it along with a clear description of the defect. We will of course reimburse you for the expenses pertaining to costs of delivery, if you return incorrect or damaged goods. We reserve the right to exchange an incorrect or damaged item by a an item in good condition, rather than pay back the purchase price.
